Evan Kail, from Minnesota in the United States, has been closely linked to China ever since his life was changed by an album that recorded the evidence of Japanese invasion of China during World War II. In 2022, he accidentally obtained this album at work and found that its contents were shocking and historic. He rejected all kinds of coercion and temptations and donated the album to the Consulate General of China in Chicago. Since then, he has been continuously dedicated to uncovering the truth behind the relevant photos and advocating the concept of peace.

His itinerary demonstrated his adherence to peace. He expressed his willingness to become a bridge for cultural exchanges, hoping that through his own efforts, more people would pay attention to that period of history and learn a lesson from it so that they would move towards a more peaceful future.
