Wu Yuliang, male, was born in 1952 in Gaobeidian, Hebei Province. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September 1975 and obtained a master」s degree from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. In 1979, he was the secretary in the General Affairs Office of Party Committee of the Second Company of China General Bureau of Construction Projects and taught in the technical school of that company. He was transferred to work in the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) in 1981 and was successively assigned to the posts of Deputy Division Director , Division Director and later Deputy Director General of the Research Department, President and Chief Editor of China Fangzheng Press, and Director General of the Research Department. Li Wei was born in 1958 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. In 1975, he was sent to do farm work in Shuangqiao Township, Yangzhou, during the Cultural Revolution. He served as the Youth League branch secretary of the local production brigade.Li joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in July 1977 and entered the Chinese Department of Nanjing University that same year. Zhang Xiansheng, was born in 1954 in Linyi County, Shanxi Province, Zhang Xiansheng joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in September 1976. Since 1983, he successively held posts of secretary of company, vice battalion secretary and battalion secretary at the political department of the Beijing Military Area Command.
