  每天中午十二點,中國民航大學學生趙培強的視頻邀請提醒都會准時響起,這是他與千裡之外的哈薩克斯坦民航學院科研與能力發展中心負責人雅各布·庫爾巴諾夫的心照不宣的約定。

  Every day at 12:00 pm, Zhao Peiqiang, a student from Civil Aviation University of China in Tianjin, gets a punctual video call notification. It's his unspoken appointment with Yakub Kurbanov, Head of the Research and Competence Center of Civil Aviation Academy of Kazakhstan, thousands of miles away.

  "These digital twin modeling parameters fit our operations perfectly. They've given us fresh ideas for our local aviation digital transformation!" On the other end of the screen, Yakub shares the latest upgrades to their joint project, clearly excited. Zhao adjusts the backend data soon afterwards. "The airport terrain data and operation and maintenance experience you provided also helped us improve how the system handles cross-border scenarios." These punctual video calls across time zones enable exchange of ideas from the two sides. Young aviation professionals from China and Kazakhstan have planted seeds of friendship through long-term pragmatic collaboration and win-win mutual learning and exchanges.

中國民航大學與哈薩克斯坦民航學院多次開展交流互鑒活動/Mutual Learning and Exchange between Civil Aviation University of China and Civil Aviation Academy of Kazakhstan

  這場協同合作的起點,始於2023年的一紙校際協議。當年,中國民航大學與哈薩克斯坦民航學院正式簽署合作協議,以人纔共育、技術互鑒為核心,拉開了兩國民航跨境協作的序幕。那時,哈薩克斯坦正面臨民航數字化昇級的迫切需求,尤其在極端氣候、復雜地形下的機場運維領域,亟需前沿技術支橕;中方在智能檢測、數字孿生等領域的研發成果,也同樣需要通過實戰場景驗證優化,雙方的合作優勢互補。校際合作為兩國民航領域的交流與合作搭建了首個官方通道,讓學術探討、人纔往來有了堅實依托。

  This teamwork started with a university partnership agreement in 2023. That year, Civil Aviation University of China and Civil Aviation Academy of Kazakhstan officially signed a cooperation agreement focused on joint personnel education and technology sharing, kicking off cross-border aviation collaboration between the two countries. At that time, Kazakhstan urgently needed a digital upgrade to its civil aviation systems, especially for airport maintenance in extreme weather and complex terrain, which required cutting-edge technical support. Meanwhile, Chinese research on smart detection and digital twin technology also needed real-world testing to refine and optimize. The partnership was a perfect match. This inter-university collaboration created the first official channel for exchanges in aviation industry between the two countries, providing a solid foundation for academic and personnel exchanges.

  協作的深化,離不開平臺支橕。2024年,依托兩校合作基礎,兩國共建的數字孿生機場中哈聯合研究中心成功獲批天津市一帶一路聯合實驗室,成為技術跨境轉化、人纔聯合培養的核心載體。平臺賦能,讓雙方迅速推進成果落地。20248月,雙方明確將聯合研發的數字孿生技術,率先在哈薩克斯坦阿拉木圖國際機場開展落地驗證與應用推廣,讓實驗室成果從紙上談兵走向實戰聯動

  The deepening of the cooperation cannot be done without a platform. In 2024, based on the previous cooperation between the two universities, the "China-Kazakhstan Joint Research Center for Digital Twin Airport" was approved as one of the BRI Joint Laboratories of Tianjin, becoming a core platform for cross-border technology transfer and joint personnel training. With this platform, both sides can quickly implement their research findings. By August 2024, they agreed to first test and roll out their jointly developed digital twin technology at Almaty International Airport in Kazakhstan, turning lab findings from "theories on the paper" to "actual operations on the ground."

  但智能項目應用的道路,並不是一帆風順。哈薩克斯坦冬季異常寒冷,最低氣溫可達零下30。極寒天氣給機器人智能化、自動化作業帶來極大挑戰。‌20255月,哈薩克斯坦民航學院科研與能力發展中心負責人雅各布帶著這方面的困惑,來到天津開展研討交流。走進中國民航大學的實驗室,中方自主研發的自動巡檢無人機、爬壁機器人瞬間吸引了雅各布的目光。它的續航能覆蓋完整機身嗎?零下三十度的冬季,電池和傳感器還能穩定工作嗎?雅各布拋出一連串問題。趙培強逐一細致解答,還現場演示了設備的檢測精度與極端環境適配能力。當看到機器人精准采集到機身細微數據時,雅各布難掩激動:困擾我們的問題,終於在這裡找到了解決方案!

  But to apply the smart technologies wasn't a smooth sailing. Kazakhstan's winters are brutally cold, with temperatures dropping to -30 degrees Celsius. The extreme coldness poses huge challenges for the intelligent and automated operations of robots. In May 2025, Yakub came to Tianjin for discussions focused on difficulties on this issue. Walking into the lab of Civil Aviation University of China, the self-developed automated inspection drones and wall-climbing robots immediately caught Yakub's attention. "Can its battery cover the entire body of the aircraft? Can the battery and sensors work reliably at -30 degrees Celsius?" Yakub fired off questions one after another. Zhao answered each one carefully and demonstrated the equipment's detection accuracy and extreme environment adaptability. When he saw the robot collecting detailed aircraft data in high precision, Yakub couldn't hide his excitement: "I finally found the solution for the problems that have been bothering us for years!"

  這次面對面的交流,讓雙方摸索到了協作合作的精准切口。雅各布毫無保留地分享跨境航空運營、極端氣候機場運維中的實戰經驗;趙培強則針對性優化技術方案,讓智能設備更適配阿拉木圖機場的實際場景。此後,跨越時區的視頻通話、深夜的郵件往來成了常態,二人圍繞技術參數反復打磨、圍繞應用場景不斷調試,讓學術創新與產業需求實現精准對接,也讓彼此的信任在一次次思維碰撞中愈發深厚。

  This online face-to-face meeting helped both sides pinpoint exactly where to focus their collaboration. Yakub openly shared on-site experience from cross-border aviation operations and airport maintenance in extreme weather. Zhao then tailored technical solutions to make smart equipment better fit Almaty Airport's actual conditions. After that, video calls across time zones and late-night emails became routine. The two always refine technical parameters and adjust application scenarios for multiple times before application, aligning academic innovation with industry needs precisely and deepening mutual trust through countless times of idea exchanges.

  經過半年多的磨合,兩國聯合研發的數字孿生系統已在阿拉木圖機場正式啟動測試,通過物理場景與虛擬模型的實時聯動,航班調度效率、設施運維精度顯著提昇,有效降低了極端氣候對機場運行的影響。

  After more than six months of joint work, the digital twin system developed by the two sides officially started testing at Almaty Airport. Through real-time linkage between physical scenes and virtual models, the flight scheduling efficiency and facility maintenance accuracy were improved noticeably, effectively reducing extreme weather's impact on the airport's operations.

  技術與經驗的雙向流動,讓中哈民航合作迸發出強勁活力,協同創新成果持續湧現。如今,天津與阿拉木圖的航班往來日益頻繁,不僅打通了商貿與人員互通的通道,更讓民航合作的紅利惠及兩地民生。

  This two-way flow of technology and experience gave strong momentum to China-Kazakhstan aviation collaboration, generating innovative achievements constantly. Today, flights between Tianjin and Almaty are becoming more frequent, not only opening channels of exchange for trade and people but also spreading the benefits of aviation cooperation to people's daily lives on both sides.

  以創新發展為支點,以科技合作為引擎,以人纔交流為橋梁,民航前沿與綠色技術的深度交融,不僅模擬著未來機場的智慧藍圖,更擘畫著兩國科技領域的智慧新程。當絲路精神在雲端相遇,中哈民航合作的航跡將不斷延伸、愈發深遠,成為歐亞大陸和平與發展的新引擎。

  Supported by innovation, empowered by technological cooperation, and linked by personnel exchanges, the deep integration of cutting-edge technologies in aviation and green technologies isn't just outlining the blueprint of future smart airports, but also mapping out a smart new journey of cooperation in science and technology between the two countries.
