Granma said Washington is "preparing a project to flood Cuban television with U.S. propaganda satellite programs," and the mastermind of the plan is the Global Communications company owned by David Rivel, an Israeli member of the World Teleport Association and the International Society of Satellite Professionals. Rivel's client list includes major U.S. TV networks, such as Fox Sports, CNN, NBC and the Nickelodeon Network, but the campaign against Cuba would be commanded in Miami, said Granma.
